Soil type: Clay limestone, rough sand, gravelly soil (Landiras), sand on limestone (Pujols sur Ciron). Grape-varieties: 70% Merlot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Density of plantation: 5 500 plants per ha. Vinification: Bleedings from vats of red wine (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon). Maceration time between 10 and 15 hours according to years and vats. Classical vinification similar to the one of white wines. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. Maturing: In stainless steel vats for 5 months.
